How long does the free trial last?

We want to make sure you love all the time-saving features TruckLogics has to offer, that's why you get the first 15 days on us. Sign up now with no credit card required. You'll wonder how you ever did business without it!

How do I sign up after my free trial ends?

After you've tried all of TruckLogics' time-saving features, we hope you stay with us. All you need to do to keep a subscription with TruckLogics is update your credit card information.
We will also send an email a few days before your trials ends with a link that will take you straight to the page in your dashboard where you can update your credit card information.

Will my information be safe on TruckLogics?

We take every precaution to make sure our members' information is kept safe and secure. Your information, contacts, customers, and accounts are all safe with us, we promise!

When is the payment processed?

We process your payment on the 5th day of every month. Your first month will be prorated, and the payment will be processed the day your trial ends.

How do I upgrade my account?

To update your account, you can email us at, live chat with us on our website, or give us a call between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. est. we're always happy to upgrade your account for you!

How does TruckLogics protect my information?

Can I see my payment history?

Absolutely! You can view your payment history under the "Subscription" tab located in your "Settings."

Oops, I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Forgetting your password is not an issue with TruckLogics. Select the ""Forgot Password"" button on the TruckLogics sign-in page, enter your email, and we will send a temporary password to you. Then just check your email and follow the link to log in and set your new password. It's that simple!

What is the refund policy?

TruckLogics does not offer a refund for our services. We provide a monthly subscription, meaning you can cancel your membership with us at anytime, but we really hope you don't!

Where do I change my credit card information?

We make it easy to change your credit card information in TruckLogics. Click on the "Manage Credit Card" under the "Billing" section in your settings.
